Failed generations
You are never charged for a generation that fails, times out or is blocked by moderation. The reserved credit returns to your balance automatically.
Unused credit
You can request a refund of unused purchased credit within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@xelentapi.com from your account email. We refund to the original card, less any credit already used. Free or promotional credit is not refundable.
Quality
AI output varies. We do not refund successful generations because of their content or quality, but we will investigate if a model is consistently returning broken or empty results, and credit your account where the fault is ours.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a card payment, the related credit is removed and the account is suspended while the dispute is open. Please contact us first; we resolve most billing questions within two business days.
Xelent API credit is a prepaid balance for API usage only and has no cash value.
