This policy explains what Xelent Traders LLC collects when you use Xelent API and why.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, optional name, a salted hash of your password, sign-up IP address and country.
- Usage data: for each request, the model, parameters, prompt text, status, cost, time and IP address. Reference images you send are passed to the model provider and are not stored by us.
- Outputs: generated files, stored for 7 days so you can download them.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the amount, status and a customer reference; we never see or store your card number.
Why
To provide the Service, bill you, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with law. Prompt logs are kept to investigate abuse and are accessible only to our staff.
Who we share it with
The model providers that process your requests, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), our payment processor (Stripe), and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Usage logs are kept for up to 12 months. Output files are deleted after 7 days.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@xelentapi.com.

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
